These aspects may be summarised in the following scheme. We have to be aware that personality stands
alongside with professional qualifications in the centre of aspes of each trainer or training deputy.
Only persons who have the requisite personal and professional qualifications may provide vocational
training:
a. Personal qualification
In some countries, such a Germany and Austria it is defined by law, that personally qualified are persons
who have not come into conflict with the law or have violated against the prevailing legal act for vocational
training.
