        •      Make sure that the learner understands the instructions in the workplace.

        •      Appoint a supervisor and decide who is implementing the internship introduction.

        •      Make sure that the supervisor has knowledge of risky tasks and can show a safe way of
               working. If requirements exist for inspection, a protective device or personal protective
               equipment, then these must be adhered to.
        •      Inform the safety representative about the student's tasks.

        The learner should:


        •      be security conscious

        •      find out the instructions that apply in the workplace

        •      clarify ambiguities - ask their supervisor



        4. Implementing the training: some basic pedagogy



            4.1.How to deal with an young learner? Hints on communication
        In the hectic pace of everyday business, communication is often neglected and limited to "door-to-door"
        conversations. This often leads to misunderstandings and conflicts. These can be created more easily from
        the world, if the following aspects are considered.
