● support in acquisitioning protection equipment (if some more special sort is
necessary)
● free training and certification for the tutors;
● support to navigate through the specific documentation and changing
legislation;
● support and representation within their relationship with the schools;
● some organizations might need extra skills/knowledge for their apprentices
– which are not approached by the school curricula, especially if they decide
to hire them at the end of the training program;
● support to communicate with other small companies interested to host
students of the same specialization in order to reach the minimum number
necessary to set up a class within the VET school;
● support in identifying and accessing the tax benefits and other facilities they
can obtain for hosting the students;
● support in identifying and accessing benefits for hiring a recent graduate, if
case.
All those activities can be carried out through a specially set-up
company/association carrying out these tasks on behalf of the small companies;
