The DELTA digital portfolio is a set of multimedia
materials designed to bring VET colleges closer to
companies. Although in all partner countries there are
different modalities of work- based learning, the relation
between the company and the VET college is usually
based on the principle "what the student should know
about how the company works". However, the company
misses important information about: the learning
methodologies used in VET colleges, how the students
work with their peers, how the college provides the tools
and mechanisms to foster innovation, creativity and
problem solving, how cooperation is encouraged. In this
sense, apprentices can bring new ideas and innovation to
the business and contribute to promote a training culture
        within the company.

        Skills Development Scotland
A skills model to drive Scotland’s future:

Technological and societal disruptions are coming
at us thick and fast. Whilst we cannot predict the
future, we can prepare for a future that is
increasingly unpredictable. How do we achieve this?
What will these changes mean for the workplace?
And what skills will we need?
